Overall, my stay at Solaz Boutique Hotel was enjoyable due to its clean rooms and great location. though the basics could use some improvement. The breakfast was quite limited, and I missed having a blanket on the bed. However, being just across the street from the beach and having good access to local nightlife was a plus.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, but I found them somewhat sparsely furnished. Additionally, the absence of blankets really stood out during the night.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, but the breakfast service was quite slow. I would have appreciated more variety in the offerings.
Location

The hotel’s location was fantastic. just a quick walk across the busy street to the beach. It was also close to local nightlife, making it convenient for exploring Las Terrenas.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very basic, serving repetitive options each day, and I wasn't impressed with the dinner I had at the hotel; the food quality didn't match what I found at other nearby restaurants.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel has a nice garden area and the premises were clean, it lacks a pool and had some dated items like old towels and a torn couch in the room.

I had a mixed experience at the Solaz Boutique Hotel. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach, which provided a lovely view and easy access to the sand. However, the breakfast was very basic and the amenities left something to be desired. My stay was comfortable overall, but I felt there were aspects that could definitely be improved. 🌴🍳

Rooms

The room was spacious and clean, but it felt quite plain without any extra comforts like a phone or proper toiletries. I did appreciate the natural sunlight. The bed was comfortable, but I missed having a blanket.
Service

The service from the cleaning staff was commendable; they did their best with the resources available. However, there wasn’t much engagement from the staff in terms of recommendations or assistance.
Location

The hotel's location is a highlight, situated right across the street from the beach and close to local nightlife. While the road can be busy, it was interesting to people-watch.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited. Breakfast was the same every day - just two fried eggs, toast, and coffee. I found it unsatisfactory and ended up looking for better options at nearby restaurants for my meals.
Facilities

The hotel lacks a pool but has a small garden area. The beach restaurant had some nice food options, but overall, the facilities could use updates, especially the towels and seating.

I had a nice stay at Solaz Boutique Hotel, but it wasn't without some bumps. The apartment was spacious and comfy, located right across from the beach, which was a major plus. However, the breakfast was super basic with hardly any options, and there were a few issues with the furniture in the room that could use some attention.

Rooms
6.0
My two-bedroom villa had a great view and was spacious but sparsely furnished. Some furniture pieces needed replacing, and the room lacked basic amenities like a waste basket.
Service

The staff were friendly, but the check-in process was a bit confusing. Communication could've been smoother since not everyone spoke English.
Location

The hotel is in such a great spot, literally across the street from the beach and close to restaurants. I loved the vibe of the area.
Dining

The breakfast was very basic; I got only two pieces of toast, some eggs, and a small coffee. Dinner was better, but I’d recommend trying nearby restaurants.
Facilities

There isn’t a pool, but the little garden is well-kept. WiFi was spotty and only really worked near reception.

I had a pleasant stay at Solaz Boutique Hotel, although a few aspects could use improvement. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable layout perfect for a family. However, the breakfast was very basic and repetitive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good experience due to its great location and reasonable pricing. 🌴😊

Breakfast was very basic with the same items served every morning, which became monotonous – just eggs, toast, and coffee. I recommend exploring nearby dining options.

The hotel has a lovely garden area, but no swimming pool, which was a drawback for me. On the positive side, the premises were well-kept and had secure parking.

My stay at Solaz Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right across from the beach and close to dining options, but the breakfast was quite basic and repetitive. My room was spacious and clean, though the amenities were a bit dated. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills experience near the beach.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated, although I noticed some flies from the air conditioning. The dated linens and towels could use an upgrade.
Service
5.0
The service was decent, but I found the breakfast to be a bit lacking in variety and took longer than expected.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perfectly situated just across the road from the beach. I enjoyed being within walking distance of many restaurants and nightlife options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very basic - just 2 fried eggs, toast, and coffee each morning, which felt repetitive after several days. I recommend walking into town for a better breakfast experience.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were simple but served their purpose. The beach area was nice, but it could have used more lounge space for relaxing.
